About The FuZion Golf Tour
Our Mission is to provide an affordable, top level professional golf training ground for  players who aspire to play on the PGA, Nationwide, Champions, and LPGA Tours.

Our Q-School contests give our best players an opportunity to earn status on The Nationwide and PGA Tours and our title sponsor, FuZion Golf, can provide all our members the same club fitting and technical analysis available to the top players in the world.

Our fee structure, payout formula and event schedule is what makes our tour distinctive.  The tour was founded in 2004 to help all aspiring golfers take their best shot at playing professional golf on a major exempt status tour.

Gain Experience
It takes 3, 4, even 5 years for a very good player to determine if their game can elevate to handle world class competition.  By playing on The FuZion Minor League Golf Tour, you will be able to economically gain the experience you need.

Save your money and come gain experience with us!

A Lower Cost Alternative
The FuZion Minor League Golf Tour is a low cost alternative to the developmental-mini tours like the
NGA-Hooters, E-Golf Tarheel, Golden Bear, and Gateway Tours.

We pay deep, not top heavy.
It makes sense that the major tours PGA, Nationwide, European, LPGA, and Champions all pay top heavy.  The players earn and/or keep their status based upon the money list.

The economics of professional golf are very harsh.  Almost every player without major tour status will need to be subsidized to continue chasing the dream

A very small group of top players outside of these status based tours earn enough money playing golf to sustain their dreams on "developmental-mini tours".  While it is good for them, it takes hundreds of players to support them.

So if you are in the majority that keep on paying HUGE dollars for experience, stop wasting your money and come play with us.

The Road To Exempt PGA Tour Status
There are three ways to get to the PGA Tour:

1. Earn enough money in Official PGA Tour events by Monday qualifying or by getting sponsor exemptions

While it is technically possible (Tiger did it), you pretty much have to have that much game and sponsor recognition.  So unless you're Ricky Fowler, it is truly unlikely.  BTW Ricky earned over $500,000 in 2009 via sponsor exemptions.

2. Finish in the top 25 and ties at PGA Tour Qualifying School

Obtaining PGA Tour status via Q-School is possible---if you make it to the finals and play great, you have a shot.  Ricky Fowler finished 15th to earn his 2010 status.

3. Finish the year inside the top 25 players on the Nationwide Tour money list

Obviously to finish in the top 25 on the Nationwide Tour money list you need to play in Nationwide Tour events.

The FuZion Minor League Golf Tour is designed to best prepare you for that challenge.

Who gets into a
Nationwide Tour event?

  • the 50 players who earned exempt Nationwide status by finishing just above the top 25 and ties at the finals of PGA Tour Qualifying School

  • players who finished between 26th and 65th on the previous year's money list

  • those who were recently fully exempt on the PGA Tour.

  • conditional players who did not earn exempt status at Q-School finals

  • approximately 14 qualifiers

  • sponsor/medical exemptions

  • players that finished in the top 25 at the previous event that are not otherwise exempt.

Why YOU Should Play
The FuZion Golf Tour

Qualifiers
Nationwide/PGA Tour Qualifiers are like FuZion Golf Tour 1-Day events, you need to go low.  Of the approximately 28 annual Nationwide Tour Events that you can qualify for, 21 are in the United States.

Not only do our 1-Day events help you prepare for Nationwide and PGA Tour qualifiers, they accelerate your development by allowing you to get in the hunt much more often, helping you learn to handle the pressure of being in contention and seeing yourself on the leader board.

Q-School Contests
The FuZion Golf Tour Q-School contests give you the opportunity to earn PGA or Nationwide Tour status by winning a pressure filled group of events that create a similar atmosphere to Q-School.

Our combination of tournament formats
100+ 1-Day,  25+ 2-Day, and  Select  3+ Day Events
provide you with the best experience to give yourself the best opportunity to play your way into the Nationwide Tours Top 25.
